Postage details

We ship orders out via Evri or Royal Mail. Order cut-off for shipping on the same day is 4pm. If any issues please contact info@countrycollective.com

Can I return my goods?

Yes, of course you can return your order. As long as you are within the 14 day returns policy.  Please follow the link below to process a return:

Can I exchange my goods?

Yes, of course, contact info@countrycollective.uk for help with exchanges.

 I received a faulty item!

We're sorry if you've received a faulty item! There's no need to return the item to us at this stage.

Unfortunately, we're only able to help if you purchased your item(s) from us directly. If you purchased from a third-party retailer or reseller, we'd recommend contacting them directly.

If you've purchased your item from our official web store, send us a message and we'll look into this for you.

Please send our Customer Support Team:

  • Your name and email address

  • Order number (e.g CC123456)

  • Item name/description (if known)

  • Photos that show:

1. The fault as clearly as possible

2. Full-length photo of the item

3. Our logo

All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

I have pre-ordered an item and it's not arrived yet

Thank you for pre-ordering off our website. If you purchased an item on pre-order, the date it arrives in our warehouse should be in the item description. If not contact us on info@countrycollective.uk and we will be in touch with a date. The day that the stock arrives in our warehouse, orders are sent out via next-day delivery.

Do you customise team kits?

Yes, we do. Contact info@countrycollective.uk and we will help you design your team kit. Please keep in mind it takes a minimum of 5 weeks to pre-order kit. Minimum of 5 pieces. We do tug-of-war kits, rugby kits and also full YFC clothing ranges. So get in touch and we can get a catalogue over to you ASAP.

I want to change my order

Please email info@countrycollective.uk with your order number, name you purchased under, delivery postcode and email. Along with the size you require. Please do this within 1 hour of ordering and we will get it changed for you.
